Do you accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for change of mind?

Yes we do! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

We are constantly restocking particular items based on demand. It can take up to 10 business days for an item to be shipped from our store. You will be notified immediately once we have shipped the item. 

Where are your packages shipped from?

All our items are shipped from our store here in Australia, Melbourne.

How much is shipping?

For normal shipping, we charge a flat rate of $10. If you would like express shipping it is a flat rate of $17.

Do you do in-store fittings? 

Yes of course! You can organise a time to come into the store and try on our range of dancewear. We are happy to help with sizing.
